Police have arrested a man in connection to a shooting that claimed the life of one person and injured another at an Oklahoma City apartment, Monday morning.
According to police, at about 6 a.m., two men, 57-year-old Michael Edward Guzik and 46-year-old Michael Lee Mauldin, were asleep in an apartment in the 1100 block of S.W. 60th, when someone got inside and shot both of them.

Both victims were shot multiple times. Guzik died from his injuries, and Mauldin was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
Tuesday morning, police announced they have made an arrest in this case. Investigators developed information that implicated Nicholas Moody, 37, in the double shooting.
U.S. Marshall’s Fugitive Task Force located Moody Monday afternoon. He was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on complaints of first-degree murder and shooting with intent to kill. He is being held without bond.
Guzik’s death is Oklahoma City’s 69th homicide of 2015, according to police.
