A warm, windy day is on the way.
Highs will be well above normal as temps climb into the upper 70s and low 80s. The winds will crank back up with gusts over 35 mph in western OK. This will mean another extreme fire risk day. Warm and windy on Tuesday and Wednesday as well.
Our next upper level storm is back over California and will impact western OK late Wednesday as scattered showers and storms develop. More heavy widespread rain/storms develop late Thursday out west and will march east overnight into early Friday.
Current data brings rain to all 77 counties in OK, and it could be heavy. On average .75" to 1.5" is expected, but localize areas could see much higher amounts. Flash flooding may also become a concern as the system approaches.
