OKC Community Intervention Center Employee Charged With 2nd-Degree Rape

A formal charge has been filed against an employee at the Oklahoma City Community Intervention Center (CIC), who is accused of raping a teenage girl.

According to court documents, Wednesday, 23-year-old Cornelius Deontay Jackson has been charged with second-degree rape.

A 17-year-old girl told police that Jackson raped her last month in a storage room, after she was booked into the facility for public drunkenness.

The victim also told police that Jackson showed her naked pictures of himself.
