School Bus Involved In Crash In Tulsa

A Tulsa Public Schools bus was involved in a wreck at 11th and Sheridan Thursday.

Paramedics took two children to hospitals to be checked for neck and back injuries.

Police said an older Ford pickup was involved in a minor collision with the bus and the bus driver hit the brakes causing the students to fall forward.

The truck kept going, but a witness was able to give police its tag number. Police said witnesses think the pickup driver was drunk based on how he was driving.

The bus was carrying six students from Hale and Rogers en route to Tulsa Tech.
