MOORE, Oklahoma -

One man is dead and a woman was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the head on Sunday evening in Moore, police said.

Late Sunday evening, police continued to interview witnesses. They said 25 to 30 people in the neighborhood saw this happen around 7:30 p.m.

Police confirmed it started between a couple. A man reportedly shot his wife in the street near SW 1 Street and Telephone Road.

That couple has now been identified as 36-year-old Jason Morgan and his wife, 34-year-old Tiffany Morgan.

According to police, after the shooting Jason Morgan tried to get into a neighbor's home by kicking and firing a round at the door. Police said Jason Morgan did get inside before he was shot and killed by the neighbor, identified as 28-year-old Justin Bozeman.

Tiffany Morgan taken to the hospital. Her condition is not known, police said. But a man at the scene who said he was her family member told News 9 the woman was talking inside the ambulance when she was being taken to the hospital.

There were no arrests made in the case and police are not searching for anyone in the case.
