Police Identify Man Found Dead Near Downtown OKC

Police have identified a man who was found dead near downtown Oklahoma City, on Thursday, September 17.

According to police, the body of 50-year-old Charles Eugene Davis was found at a warehouse in the 1300 block of N.W. 3rd. Officers and paramedics arrived and pronounced Davis dead.  He had trauma to his body consistent with homicide.

Davis was homeless, according to police, No arrests have been made at this time.

Davis’ death is Oklahoma City’s 61st homicide of 2015, police said.
