The collision happened at the intersection of Nail Parkway and 12th Street.

Steve McIntosh called 911 when he saw Killensworth dumping trash out of the stolen car on McIntosh’s company Pioneer Supply’s property.

“He looked like he was pretty high on something,” McIntosh said Wednesday afternoon.

Police say the 13-year-old girl suffered a broken wrist and other injuries in the crash.

Killensworth, who police say is a convicted felon, was arrested for several felonies, including DUI.
