Two burglaries, two days apart and Oklahoma City police believe they were done by the same guy. Investigators hope newly released surveillance video will help them identify the crook.

The break-ins at Gorditas started last Saturday. After a closer look at surveillance video investigators now believe both break-ins were done by the same guy.

Crow bar in hand, you can see the man on the surveillance video walk up to the back door to the kitchen. He tries to pry it open, but when that doesn't work he moves on to the next door. This time he makes it in, but never took anything.

Veronica Caldera works at Gorditas. After watching the video she believes the man got spooked and left once the alarm went off.

“What is strange is that two days later he does the same exact thing around 4 a.m.,” said Sgt. Ashley Peters, OCPD.

The second time the suspect tried his luck with the front door.

Caldera says he made it to the kitchen when the alarm went off and again bolts before police arrive.

“What's really good about this restaurant is they actually have several cameras and several views that you can see where this suspect entered into the business and then once he was inside the business,” said Peters.

Caldera and others who work at Gorditas find it odd the man has hit their restaurant so many times, but are thankful he's never taken anything. Unfortunately, each time the man covered his face, but police want you to look at his mannerisms in the video and see if you recognize him.
