No Students Injured In Two Separate School Bus Accidents In OKC

No students were injured in two separate crashes involving school buses in Oklahoma City, Thursday morning.

According to the Oklahoma City Fire Department, crews responded to the first school bus accident at S.W. 50th and Independence. Authorities said the bus barely hit the corner of a car when they were turning. There were children on the bus, but no one was injured. 

Another school bus accident was reported at 4336 N.W. 43rd Street. According to authorities, a woman driving a Jeep had some kind of medical episode. She was driving really slow when she failed to stop and hit the school bus.

The woman is being checked out due to the medical condition. The school bus was not damaged, and no students were injured. 

Crews are also on the scene of an accident where one car is blocking two lanes of I-44 eastbound at Western. Drivers should expect delays.
