An adult and a child were found dead, and a second child was found injured following a car crash in Oklahoma City.

It happened at S.E. 149th and Harrah Road. According to authorities, at about 11 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to the scene, but they couldn’t find anything because the vehicle was upside down in a ditch.

At about 10 a.m. Monday, officers responded to the report of a single-vehicle crash in the same area.

According to police, three people, including an adult and two children, appeared to have been thrown out of the vehicle following the accident. The adult and one child were pronounced dead at the scene. The other child has been transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police have not identified the victims at this time. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
