A Del City man wanted in connection with the death of a pregnant woman has surrendered to police.

Rico Robinson, 22, walked into the police station Saturday. He was wanted for a hit and run late last month that left Shartell Brown and her unborn child dead.

Robinson's attorney says he made the decision to surrender after talking with his pastor.

“Based on everything he shared with me verifying that he did in fact have an active warrant, felt the best thing and the most appropriate thing to do under these circumstance was to surrender,” said Attorney Tony Coleman.

Two persons of interests, Jimicko Carolina and LaCresha Brown, are still wanted in connection with the deadly crash. If you have any information on their whereabouts call Del City Police at 405-677-2443.
