A Del City woman accused of driving under the influence and causing a deadly crash in Cleveland County has posted bond.

The probable cause affidavit shows officers noticed the woman's speech was slurred and pupils dilated when they responded to the crash.

She admitted to being on a narcotic for right knee pain at the time.

It happened August 8 near the intersection of SE 104 Street and Sooner Road.

Kristen Noel Eastham, 32, faces one count of manslaughter in the first degree and one count of driving under the influence of drugs.

She is accused of hitting a vehicle and killing 67-year-old Arthur Divecchio.

He was a retired Moore police officer and Vietnam War veteran. Divecchio joined the Moore Police Department in 1976 and retired in 1996.

As for Eastham, she was eventually booked in the Cleveland County jail last week and posted $30,000 bond.
