H&M Announces Opening Date For Its OKC Store

H&M, one of the world’s largest fashion retailers, on Monday announced the opening date for its first store in the state of Oklahoma.

The Swedish fashion brand will open its new store at 12 p.m. on Thursday, September 3, at Quail Springs Mall in Oklahoma City.

“We are thrilled to open our first location in the state of Oklahoma,” said Daniel Kulle, U.S. President for H&M. “We look forward to providing our customers in the Oklahoma City area with everything they need for fall, from updated basics to inspiring fashion items for the whole family, all at great value.”

According to officials with the company, the first H&M location in the state will offer Oklahoma City  residents a one stop shopping destination for quality clothing for the whole family, with collections ranging from ladies, men, young ladies, and young men to separate “store within a store” sections for accessories, cosmetics, lingerie, maternity, sports apparel, and a plus-size line, H&M+.

The Quail Springs Mall location will also carry H&M’s children’s collection, from newborn to fourteen years.  The breadth and variety of H&M collections make it easier for any consumer to find suitable products, no matter his or her style or wardrobe needs.  With an emphasis on design, quality, and sustainability, H&M offers inspiring, of-the-moment fashion at an unbeatable value.

With the opening of the Quail Springs Mall store, H&M announced it will add about 30 employees to the current, ever-expanding total of approximately 16,000 U.S. employees.  See available job opportunities.

Since H&M opened the doors to its first U.S. store on New York’s Fifth Avenue 15 years ago, the U.S. has been one of the retailer’s most successful markets. 

To celebrate the new store, the H&M at Quail Springs Mall will offer the first 300 shoppers in line an H&M t-shirt and Access to Fashion Pass, valued between $10 and $300, in addition to other surprise offers for the whole family.
