Oklahoma City has found itself among some exclusive company after cracking the top 20 “Best Trips of 2015” list put out by National Geographic.
The metro, or the “Pride of the Plains” as they call it, is just one of only four US cities to make it on the international list that include the likes of Corsica, Mont St. Michel and Myanmar.
Some highlights mentioned in the article include some of the old city staples such as the Oklahoma City National Memorial, the Myriad Gardens, and the Colcord hotel as a place to stay. New flavors such as Midtown’s Bleu Garten and other businesses along the bustling Automobile Alley were noted as well.
