Allegiant Air Celebrates New Flights From OKC To Las Vegas With $49 Fares

The company is celebrating its new Vegas flights with $49 one-way fares.

Allegiant Air on Tuesday announced it will begin offering low-cost, nonstop flights from Oklahoma City to Las Vegas, on November 5, 2015. The company is celebrating its new Vegas flights with $49 one-way fares.

The new flights will operate twice weekly and will fly nonstop between Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City, and McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas.

"We're pleased to expand our low-cost, nonstop flight options and provide more affordable travel opportunities in Oklahoma City," said Jude Bricker, Allegiant Travel Company senior vice president of planning. "We're confident that travelers will take advantage of our ultra-low-cost fares for their next Vegas vacation."

Las Vegas will be Oklahoma City’s second Allegiant destination, adding existing service to Orlando/Sanford.

"We are very pleased that Allegiant is expanding at Will Rogers World Airport," said airport director Mark Kranenburg. "I know our Oklahoma City travelers will welcome the new nonstop flight, and they will certainly welcome Allegiant's low fares. I'm confident the route will be successful." 

According to officials with the company, seats are limited and the price includes taxes and fees. Fares are one way and not available on all flights. It must be purchased by August 14, 2015 for travel by February 16, 2016.
