OSBI Investigates After Man Is Shot Multiple Times In Broken Bow

A news release says.OSBI says Jose Juan Yanez, 38, was shot multiple times by Tomas Martinez-Cruz, 37, at a mobile home park on Telstar Road.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is looking into a Broken Bow shooting, a news release says.

OSBI says Jose Juan Yanez, 38, was shot multiple times by Tomas Martinez-Cruz, 37, at a mobile home park on Telstar Road on Sunday morning.

Cruz left the scene and later turned himself in, OSBI says.

He was booked into the McCurtain County jail for assault and battery with a deadly weapon and pointing a firearm.

Yanez was rushed to a Longview, Texas, hospital. He is expected to make a full recovery, according to the release.
