Police Arrest Burglary Suspect In SE OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY -

A suspect was on the run after burglarizing a home in SE OKC Sunday morning.

The incident occurred just before 7:30 a.m., when Oklahoma City Police responded to a reported burglary in the 21000 block of SE 149th Street.

According to reports, the homeowner said he woke up after hearing a noise of someone entering his home. When the homeowner located the suspect a confrontation ensued. That's when the homeowner says the suspect took off , and he chased him down to the end of the quarter-mile driveway.

The homeowner was able to catch the suspect and hold him down until police arrived on scene.
