Oklahoma City police are looking for a man who’s accused of taking photos under a woman’s dress at a Wal-Mart store.

According to police, it happened at about 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, at Wal-Mart located at 1801 Belle Isle Boulevard. A woman told police she was in the balloon aisle when a man reached around her, grabbed a package of balloons, and said something about balloons.

The woman said she immediately turned toward the suspect and saw his cellphone coming out from under her dress.

The woman said the suspect did not touch her under her dress, but his hand and phone were under her dress. She said the man then left the area.
