Oklahoma City police released a sketch of a suspect who shot a 12-year-old boy back in June.

Oklahoma City police released a sketch of a suspect who shot a 12-year-old boy back in June.

According to police, at about 10 p.m. on Friday, June 12, officers responded to the report of a shooting in the area of S.W. 59th and Agnew. When they arrived, they learned that a 12-year-old boy had been shot while riding his bicycle.

The boy was critically wounded, and as of Wednesday, August 5, police said he is still in very bad shape.

Through witness statements, investigators were able to create a composite sketch of the suspect. That sketch was released on Wednesday.
