Boundary Brings Brief Respite From Sweltering Summer Heat In Oklahoma

Posted: Updated:

A boundary that came through earlier Thursday afternoon could be the focal point of additional isolated showers and thunderstorms this evening.

Chances are low, so don’t cancel any outdoor plans if you have any. Overnight looks dry for central Oklahoma with overnight lows in the low 70s.

Chances for scattered showers and thunderstorms increase a little for Friday, mostly early in the afternoon. Chances are best to our west. The added cloud cover will push temperatures down to the mid-80s for highs on Friday.

There is a slight chance for showers early Saturday but most of the day looks dry with highs in the upper 80s.
