The murder case over a beheading at Vaughan Foods in Moore, Oklahoma, is pushed back again.

The murder case over a beheading at Vaughan Foods in Moore, Oklahoma, is pushed back again.

A Cleveland County judge has postponed a conference with attorneys to discuss the status of the case for Alton Nolen. The conference was scheduled for Thursday, but will now be held in September.

Nolen's case has been on hold since March while he underwent mental competency exams. He is charged with murder and five counts of assault after beheading a coworker at Vaughan Foods back in September, 2014. 

Prosecutors are asking for the death penalty.
