Metro Girl Donates Stuffed Animals For Birthday At OU Medical

Saturday, a 6-year old girl and her family celebrated her birthday by giving away donated stuffed animals to sick children at OU Medical Center.

Since birth, Ryan Scroggin has been in and out of the hospital and knows all about the power of a stuffed animal. Instead of birthday presents this year, Ryan asked her friends and family to donate stuffed animals.

And soon after, her request went viral!

People from all over the country started sending Ryan stuffed animals.

“It’s still shocking to see how many people are here that we don’t even know,” said Ryan’s mother Keke Dunn.

People from Michigan, Arkansas and Texas came all the way to Oklahoma just to drop off a stuffed animal.
