A front extended across central Oklahoma is the focal point for showers and storms Monday evening.
These storms have the potential to become strong-to-severe with damaging wind and hail possible. Chances for storms will linger overnight into Tuesday morning.
Overnight lows drop to the low 70s.
Storms chances will diminish through the day Tuesday. High temperatures won’t be as hot as we are looking for highs in the upper 80s this time around. This cooler by comparison weather won’t last long.
High pressure dominates the forecast the rest of the week with highs returning to the 90s.
