A Pottawatomie County judge sentenced the man accused of killing his stepfather with an “atomic wedgie” to 30 years in prison.

Brad Lee Davis pleaded guilty back in May to First-Degree Manslaughter.

The incident occurred in late December 2013. According to court documents, Davis admitted to giving his stepfather, Denver St. Clair, an “atomic wedgie” by pulling St. Clair's underwear over his back and head allowing the elastic band to wrap around St. Clair's neck.

Davis originally was facing First-Degree Murder, but the charge was reduced due to a plea deal.
