Harrah Police Find The People From Suspicious Van

Harrah police confront a van full of door to door vacuum salesmen. 

That came after complaints about that van had spread throughout area neighborhoods.  We learned through social media about people’s concerns. 

Harrah Police Chief Gary Morgan said police caught up to the van Tuesday afternoon. 

While all four of the occupants had identification, and weren’t wanted by the authorities, none of the men had a permit to sell anything door to door in Harrah. 

Morgan said he has advice for anyone who encounters door to door salespeople at their front door.

“I think I would ask them do you have a permit?  I would like to see your permit to sell door to door.  They should have one.  And they should be able to show it to you. Otherwise, call the police, we’ll check it out,” he said.
