Authorities have canceled a Silver Alert safely locating a missing Del City man early Sunday morning.

Ishmeal Abdul-Raheem, 69, was first reported missing on Saturday night. Shortly after 3 a.m., authorities canceled the alert, saying that Abdul-Raheem, had been located.

So far, police have not said where and how they found him.

Del City police issued a Silver Alert Saturday night for a 69-year-old man who has been missing since Fourth of July.

Police issued a Silver Alert at about 10:30 p.m. Saturday, July 11, for Ishmeal Abdul-Raheem, who was last seen at about 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 4 at 3301 Wellington Way.  

Abdul-Raheem is described as an African American male. He stands 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 220 pounds. He is bald and has brown eyes.

Police said Abdul-Raheem was driving a burgundy 1996 Buick Le Sabre. It has a Silver Star Veterans tag with an unknown number, and it has a front license plate with purple hearts.

According to police, Abdul-Raheem suffers from PTSD flashbacks, dementia and Alzheimer’s, and he was under proven medical or physical disability. Officers believe he is in imminent danger of serious bodily injury or death.
