Temperatures Rise This Weekend In Oklahoma

Here comes the heat!

Rain chances begin going by the wayside as the mercury in the thermometers rises this weekend and next week. What the thermometer reads and what you feel will be two completely different things.

While the low to mid 90s may seem fine, when it's humid and feels close to 100 degrees, we start crossing into "dangerous" heat territory. Be sure to take it easy if you're out in the heat!

Rainfall? Anything? Well, there may be a few showers and storms trying to scrape far northern Oklahoma late this next week and next weekend. But as you can see, rainfall amounts will stay very light.

Summer is here! We couldn't avoid it forever.
