OKC Police Seek Driver Involved In Deadly Hit-And-Run

Oklahoma City police are investigating a deadly hit-and-run crash that happened early Saturday morning.

According to police, it happened at about 4:15 a.m. at 4400 W. Interstate 40 Service Road. Officers arrived and found 62-year-old John G. Brooks Jr. lying in the roadway.

Brooks was pronounced dead at the scene, and police said his injuries were consistent with being run over by a larger vehicle, possibly a semi-truck.

Police said there were no witnesses at the scene.
