Tuesday Hottest Day So Far This Year In Oklahoma

Tuesday looks to be the hottest day so far this year. 

Oklahoma City has had its highest temp of 96 degrees two times this month and one of those being Monday. Tuesday, though, looks just a little hotter -- not record setting but definitely on the "higher end of the stick."

The pattern will become more favorable for storms starting late Wednesday through Saturday. The best chances look to be Friday into Friday night and lingering into Saturday. 

With the 4th of July weekend coming up, be prepared to take cover from storms if you will be out at the lake or camping.
