Authorities: Man Steals Seminole Police Cruiser, Leads Pursuit

A man is in police custody after stealing a police cruiser during a pursuit, authorities reported.

The chase started about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. A man stole a Seminole police cruiser and drove away from Seminole police officers, authorities reported.

Pottawatomie County deputies joined in the pursuit as the stolen police cruiser made its way toward the Pottawatomie County line.

The pursuit ended when the man bailed out of the vehicle and ran away from police, authorities said.

Officers arrested Jeremy Brewer, 28, on multiple city and county warrants, Seminole police reported.
