Authorities: Woman Injured During Domestic Dispute At Riverwind Casino

A woman was injured Friday morning inside a hotel room at the Riverwind Casino and Hotel, authorities reported.

McClain County deputies responded to the hotel in reference to a domestic assault. When officers arrived, they found a woman bleeding. She was taken to a nearby hospital, Sheriff Don Hewitt said.

The woman suffered superficial cuts on her arms and hands and is expected to recover, Hewitt said.

Three people are being interviewed by deputies about the incident. Hewitt said no arrests have been made at this time.
