Crews Respond To Water Rescue In Carter County

Emergency crews responded to a water rescue in Carter County, Oklahoma, Thursday morning.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, just after 7 a.m., troopers responded to a water rescue on Midland Road, about two miles east of Graham in Carter County.

Troopers said a female had exited her vehicle and was clinging to a tree. Just before 9 a.m., authorities confirmed that the female made it to safety.
