Power Outage Reported In Warr Acres/NW OKC Area

OG&E is reporting about 1,000 customers are without power in the Warr Acres and northwest Oklahoma City area Friday morning.

At about 9:30 a.m., OG&E posted to its Twitter page that 5,155 customers were without power in the Warr Acres and northwest Oklahoma City area. 

OG&E crews quickly responded to restore power to those customers. As of 10 a.m., officials said 1,100 customers still do not have power.

 Preliminary information indicates that there was a problem with the substation in the area.
