OKLAHOMA CITY -

Oklahoma City police are busy investigating three separate shootings that happened within a 12-hour period, sending a total of four people to the hospital. All three shootings are believed to be unrelated. And in all three cases, the suspects are yet to be caught.

Three of the people who were shot Thursday morning were brought to OU Medical Center. And the 4th was taken to Mercy. Police say none of them have life threatening injuries, surprising since two were shot multiple times, one was shot in the face, and one may be paralyzed.

Neighbors at the Highland Glenn apartments, near NW 122nd and Penn, were also not surprised to see officers in their area. This after police got a call that a man had been shot in the mouth around 11:30 a.m. on Thursday.

Police have not yet released the name and age of that victim, but says he was talking to officers, even though he was shot in the mouth and did lose some teeth as a result.
