Summer Fruit Dip

3/4 cup strawberries, finely diced

1/4 cup blueberries, sliced in half

3/4 cup fresh mangos, finely diced

1/4 cup red onion, diced

2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, sliced

Juice of one lemon

1 tablespoon honey

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 package baked chips

Combine all of the fruits together in a large bowl. Whisk the lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the fruit. Sprinkle with fresh basil and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate the salsa for one hour. Serve salsa with pita chips.
