Woman Dies Following Collision In NW OKC

A woman has died from injuries suffered in a car crash in northwest Oklahoma City.

According to Oklahoma City police, Wednesday morning, officers responded to the report of a serious crash in the eastbound lanes of Memorial Road, just east of Rockwell Avenue.

A passenger in one of the vehicles involved was transported to the hospital in critical condition. Thursday morning, police confirmed that the passenger, 30-year-old Marquita Galbreath, has died from injuries sustained in the collision.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.
