Police Identify Woman Found Dead In SE OKC

Police have identified a woman who was found dead in southeast Oklahoma City, Tuesday morning.

According to police, at about 6:45 a.m., officers responded to the report of a body found in the roadway in the 800 block of S.E. 20th Street.

Officers arrived at the scene and located 25-year-old Elizabeth Lopez. She had injuries consistent with homicide, and was pronounced dead at the scene.

At this time, investigators said they are still trying to piece together exactly what led up to her death. No suspects have been named and no arrests have been made.
