An Oklahoma City woman is facing a host of charges, including Indecent Exposure and Impersonating an Officer, after being caught trying to break into a vacant home on the northwest side of the metro, Monday morning.

Officers were called out to the disturbance just after 10 a.m. in the 1300 block of NW 99th St. According to a report, a witness heard the suspect, 29-year-old Jessica Kemp, pounding on the front door and windows of the vacant house next door.

The witness said she hollered out at Kemp to stop what she was doing and said Kemp replied, “I don't have to. I am the police.”

When the officers arrived they located Kemp in the backyard of the vacant home. They asked her what she was doing there and say Kemp responded, “Get out of my face. I'm one of you and the FBI.”

The officers were already familiar with Kemp and knew that she did not belong to any law enforcement agency. The officers asked Kemp if she was on any street drugs, but say she became agitated and threatened to arrest them.

When the police officers tried to place Kemp under arrest they say she started to walk back to the front of the house and was shouting obscenities at them. While all this commotion was going on, the witness who called police and her three juvenile children had gathered on their front porch.

Police say when Kemp looked over and noticed the three children looking back at her she intentionally pulled down her shirt, exposing her left breast. She was then placed in handcuffs and had a spit sock out on over her head.

Kemp was taken to the Oklahoma County Jail and booked on the charges of Public Intoxication by Drugs, believed to be PCP, Indecent Exposure, Impersonating an Officer and Disorderly Conduct. The report states that Kemp continued to be problematic for detention officers at the jail. Details on a bond were not available.
