Afton Man Arrested For Possession Of Child Porn

An Afton, Oklahoma, man was arrested on multiple complaints of possession of child pornography.

According to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, on March 24, agents received a cyber tip indicating that a computer in Afton had downloaded images of pre-pubescent boys with their genitals exposed or performing sexual acts with adult men or other young boys.

Agents obtained a court order for the IP address and identified the subscriber as 59-year-old Stan Pelley.

According to the OSBI, agents and Delaware County Sheriff's deputies served a search warrant at Pelley's address on May 21 and discovered numerous computer-related items. A preview of a laptop computer revealed several images containing child pornography.

An attorney general's investigator assigned to the Oklahoma Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force interviewed Pelley, who admitted to downloading and storing child pornography.

Pelley was arrested at the scene and booked into the Delaware County jail.
