S'mores Bars

1 box graham crackers

Flat marshmallows (I love the chocolate ones!)

1 container milk chocolate frosting

1 package Ghirardelli dark chocolate candy melts

Sprinkles, nuts, or coconuts

Separate the graham crackers into squares. Spread each graham cracker with frosting. Place a marshmallow on top and then put another graham cracker on top to make a s'mores. Melt the candy melts in the microwave until smooth. Dip half of the s'more in the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper. Sprinkle them with decorative sprinkles. Allow them to dry and then place in an airtight container to store!
