Three Bean Salad
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1 can French cut green beans, drained
1/2 red onion, diced
1 celery stalk, diced
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
ADD:
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
salt and pepper, taste
In a medium sized bowl, combine the green beans, garbanzo, red kidney beans red onion, and celery. In a small bowl whisk together the cider vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, dried mustard, garlic powder and onion powder till the sugar is dissolved. Pour the dressing over the beans and allow them to marinate overnight in a well-sealed plastic container.
