Report: Scott Brooks Could Sit Out Next Season

Yahoo! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that former Thunder coach Scott Brooks has passed up interviews with the Nuggets and Pelicans, and will likely sit out the 2015-16 season.

Wojnarowski reports that Brooks will look into TV opportunities and attempt to spend more time with his family in California. Brooks will still be earning a salary from the Thunder.

Brooks compiled a 338-207 record in his seven seasons with the Thunder. Oklahoma City replaced him with former Florida coach Billy Donovan.
