NORMAN, Oklahoma -

The heavy rain overnight is causing a messy commute Wednesday morning, especially for folks in Norman dealing with more flooding.

There are road closures and construction signs all over side streets in Norman where flooding occurred. But one of them is a major highway.

Crews are working to repair a large hole in a bridge on State Highway 9 over I-35 in Norman. Traffic on the westbound side of SH9 has been shut down while crews work to repair the damage.
