OKLAHOMA CITY -

An Oklahoma City woman was arrested on complaints of driving under the influence and assaulting an officer.

According to police, at about 5 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to the report of an accident in the area of S.W. 42nd and Czech Hall. When officers arrived, they learned that a car, driven by 37-year-old Kendra Rene Glover, had ran off the roadway and crashed into a drainage culvert.

An EMSA paramedic reported that Glover made some statements while on the phone, including, “Some money is missing from my purse. But I got rid of any dope,” and, “She used the pill chopper for pill sales of Benzo.”

An officer searched Glover's purse and found residue of a white powdery substance. However, the substance was not enough to be tested.

While speaking with Glover, officers said her speech was very slurred and she seemed disoriented. Officers conducted a field sobriety test, to which Glover failed, according to police.

According to police, while being taken into custody, Glover became upset and kicked the patrol car's window. She repeatedly told the officers that she didn't do anything wrong, and officers said she refused to take a state's test.

Glover reportedly began verbally attacking the officers, saying she “had three more degrees than them,” and that they are all “f****** stupid.” While being transported to the jail, Glover told an officer that her uncle was the Sheriff and that the officer would have a short career.

Police said Glover was very uncooperative when she was being booked into the jail. She reportedly spit on a correctional officer's face.

Glover was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on multiple complaints, including assault and battery on an officer, DUI/drugs, striking a street fixture with a vehicle, driving under revocation, and driving under suspension.
