Oklahoma City police are looking for a man who robbed a convenience store at knife point.

According to police, at about 9:40 p.m. on Thursday, April 30, officers responded to the report of an armed robbery at the Valero, located at 2701 S. Shields.

A clerk told police that the suspect came into the store and met her at the bathroom door. The suspect first asked the clerk if he could ask her a question. He then presented a knife and demanded cash from the register.

The clerk said she walked to the register and the suspect followed her, saying, “Don't run or scream or I will kill you.”

After getting the cash, police said the suspect fled in white 4-door car (possibly a Ford Taurus.)

The suspect is described as a white male, who stands about 6 feet 2 inches tall with a thin build.

A surveillance camera at the store captured a video of the suspect. Police released that video on Tuesday, May 5. If you have any information, call Crime Stoppers at (405)-235-7300.

Callers can remain anonymous and may earn a cash reward.
