Crews On Scene Multi-Vehicle Crash In Northwest OKC

Emergency crews are on the scene of a multi-vehicle collision near Kilpatrick Turnpike and Lake Hefner Parkway in northwest Oklahoma City.

According to authorities, crews are responding to the crash involving five vehicles in the area of Lake Hefner Parkway northbound and Kilpatrick Turnpike on-ramp eastbound.

One person is being transported to the hospital in an unknown condition. 

Authorities said a white pickup truck caused the collision, because the driver was not paying attention. Two exit lanes are closed as crews work to clear the scene of the crash.
