No. 5/4 Oklahoma (44-7) scored all of its runs over the first three innings as the Sooners run-ruled Utah Valley (16-37) in five innings Saturday night, 13-0.

- Oklahoma scored four runs in the first, highlighted by a two-run homer from Shelby Pendley and two-run double by Georgia Casey. After scoring twice in the second, OU tacked on seven more runs in the third to post its 22nd run-rule win of the year and 17th shutout.

- The home run for Pendley was her team-leading 24th of the year and the 84th of her career, breaking a tie for sixth all-time in NCAA Division I history with Louisiana-Lafayette's Danyele Gomez (2003-06).

- Five different Sooners drove in at least two runs, including three from junior Kady Self and senior Georgia Casey.

- Junior Kelsey Stevens got the win in the circle for OU, throwing 4.0 scoreless innings and allowing just two hits. She struck out five and walked four to run her record to 9-1 on the season. It was her second win in as many starts after going the previous five starts without factoring in the decision.

- The game was played in front of 1,697 fans. That's the most this season, second-most all-time for a regular season game at Marita Hynes Field and fifth-largest overall at the facility.
