OKC Man Arrested For Sexually Abusing Three Underage Girls

An Oklahoma City man was arrested on more than 50 counts of sexual abuse of a child, after police said he sexually assaulted three underage girls over the past few years.

According to police, on Wednesday, a victim, who is now 18 years old, reported to officers that over the past three to four years, she has been sexually assaulted by the suspect, 65-year-old James Ronald Ross. The victim said this has happened on numerous occasions over the past years.

The victim said none of the acts were consensual, and that Ross told her he was going to cut her throat and throw her down a well if she ever told anyone. The victim said Ross would make her perform oral sex on him, and would touch her inappropriately.

According to the police report, the victim has two younger sisters, now 17 and 15 years old. The victim said Ross has also touched her sisters inappropriately.

Police responded to Ross' workplace and took him into custody. He has been booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on 58 counts of sexual abuse of a child. He is being held on $580,000 bond.
