Barons Use Huge Comeback To Take 2-0 Series Lead

Connor Jones scored the game winner 4:01 into the overtime to give Oklahoma City a 4-3 win over the San Antonio Rampage.

For the second straight game, the Oklahoma City Barons were able to mount a third-period comeback. The Barons scored twice in the final five minutes of the game to tie the game at three. Connor Jones scored the game winner 4:01 into the overtime to give Oklahoma City a 4-3 win over the San Antonio Rampage.

The win give the Barons a 2-0 lead in the best-of-5 series. The series shifts to San Antonio for Game 3 of the series is April 29 at 7 p.m.

The team departs for San Antonio Monday morning.

Matt Ford led all Barons players with three points (1-2-3), including an assist on Jones' game winner. Richard Bachman stop all 16 shots he faced in 38 minutes of play in relief of starter Laurent Brossoit. Jordan Oesterle and Ryan Hamilton also had goals for Oklahoma City.
