Zippy Skippy Smoothie
1 package vanilla protein powder
1 cup strawberries
1 banana
1/2 cup fruit of your choice
1 cup fruit flavored Greek yogurt
2 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon glutamine powder
honey
coconut water
ice
Place the strawberries, banana, greek yogurt and additional fruit in a blender. Sprinkle with the protein powder, chia seeds, and glutamine powder. Add honey to taste. Pour in enough coconut water and ice to blend till smooth. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
